Stellenbosch University Botanical Garden, which is the oldest university botanical garden in South Africa is a must-visit when in Stellies. It features a diverse collection of plants, including indigenous species. The garden provides a peaceful retreat and is an excellent place for a leisurely walk.

The Stellenbosch Village Museum comprises four historic houses that showcase different periods in the town’s history.
