Former Orlando Pirates midfielder Nkanyiso Zungu is hoping to impress Royal AM as he looks to find a new home, but there are no offers yet.
Zungu is now training with Durban-based Royal AM and will look to impress coach John Maduka and his technical team.

The former Stellenbosch anchorman spent the past DStv Premiership season on loan at Richards Bay but his stay was cut short owing to off-the-field issues.
EX-PIRATES ZUNGU AT ROYAL AM, OUT TO IMPRESS
The 27-year-old hard-tackling midfielder impressed Pirates with his accurate passing and hard work while at Stellies but he fell down the pecking order under coach Josef Zinnbauer.
He was then shipped out to the Natal Rich Boys and reports of ill-discipline surfaced before the club opted against keeping him and he returned to the Soweto giants.

His agent Mike Makaab of ProSport International confirmed that his client is training with Thwihli Thwahla but they remain open to offers.
“He is training with Royal AM and it’s too early to say or talk about interest from them,” Makaab told The South African.
When asked if Zungu is open to staying in KZN, Makaab could only say they will “see as there are no concrete offers” on the table at the moment.
Heading o his official Facebook account, Zungu shared a powerful message, suggesting he is ashamed of his behaviour and vowed to bounce back.

“No one is perfect yes I did mistakes that’s part of life but also it’s a learning curve of life. Lastly, I won’t give up on the love of the game. Football is my life (ibhola). God bless,” he wrote.
ZUNGU AMONG PLAYERS RELEASED BY PIRATES
The South African reported that Pirates released a host of players before they started their pre-season campaign, and one of those players is already training with a new club!
Zungu suffered the indignity of becoming the first player to be shown the door at Pirates, even before the previous season had ended.

Zungu had been sent out to Bay FC with Pirates management hoping that the player could further develop at the club while getting much-needed game time.
The player found himself released from the club before time, with disciplinary issues believed to have been a contributing factor to that decision taken by the KZN outfit.
