Willie le Roux thrilled about his new job
The Springboks’ try-assist king, Willie le Roux, has taken on a new job and he says ‘the excitement is real’.
The two-time World Cup-winning Springboks star, Willie le Roux has recently transferred to the Bulls in Pretoria and on Thursday spoke about his eagerness to make a lasting impression at Loftus.

THE RETURN OF WILLIE LE ROUX
A little under a month ago, Willie le Roux played a starring role in the Springboks’ 12-11 victory over the All Blacks in the final of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
As a result of the win, Le Roux became one of 23 players in the Springbok squad to who are double World Cup winners and to do so back-to-back.

At club level, he had played for Toyota Verblitz from 2019, but just before the start of the 2023 World Cup it was announced that Le Roux would be returning to South Africa post-RWC after signing for the Bulls.
Well, with the World Cup and the subsequent after-party now well and truly over, Le Roux — along with fellow World Cup winners Marco van Staden, Kurt-Lee Arendse and Canan Moodie — reported for duty at Loftus earlier this week.

SPRINGBOKS’ STAR MAN KEEN TO IMPRESS AT BULLS
On Thursday, the Springbok shared a series of photos of himself during Bulls training at Loftus and wrote in the caption about how thrilled he is for the opportunity to play for Jake White’s team.
“Thrilled to kick off my Bulls journey! Week one of training in the books, and the excitement is real. Eager to bring my best to the team, both on and off the field,” the Springbok said on X (former Twitter).
