Nigerian star goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has denied claims that he was in talks with Chiefs to replace troubled goalkeeper Khune.

The Chippa United goalkeeper has been linked a with a blockbuster move away from Chippa United after a successful Africa Cup of Nations tournament.

“I only see offers for me online, to be honest. I only see offers online, and some of my friends take screenshots, send them to me and say that offer is coming,” Nwabali told FarPost amidst reports linking him with a move to Kaizer Chiefs.
“But to be honest, I’ve never seen offers on my table, but you know when there are rumours, I wish all the rumours to come to pass.”

In other news, Kaizer Chiefs FC’s management are reportedly closely monitoring TS Galaxy star Lehlohonolo Mojela.
The 27-year-old winger has been a revelation for Sead Ramovic’s Galaxy this season.
