RACING 92 TO BLOCK SIYA KOLISI FROM PLAYING FOR SPRINGBOKS AFTER RWC

This is because the French Top 14 season runs into the Springboks international season. Traditionally, it runs through the November internationals through to the start of June. Meaning, Siya Kolisi could potentially miss future Bok test series in June, or at best, would join up late with the squad.
Furthermore, he may be kept from the November tests. Thankfully, this is the World Cup year and there is no November test series. However, Kolisi could miss future November internationals if the club insists on keeping him during this time.

Thankfully, his contract has reported been adjusted since then.
Therefore, he is likely to be cleared to play for South Africa but fans should be wary of him possibly being held back for the occasional big match if Racing 92 make the play-offs or really need him.
