SIX Springboks make Top 30 players in the world list

Six Springboks players are topping trends ahead of the 2023 RWC final after being named amongst the best 30 players in the world.

Undoubtedly, the Springboks have been the major highlight of the 2023 Rugby World Cup, from alleged mind games to epic clashes. The Boks are set to square off with the All Blacks in the final, and the build-up of the showdown is epic.

With the biggest rugby tournament coming to an end, several rugby union players have been topping trends after Wales Online’s ranked the top 30 rugby players.

SIX SPRINGBOKS MAKE TOP 30 PLAYERS IN THE WORLD LIST

Wales Online ranked 30 best rugby union players, and six Springboks made it to the now-trending list. France captain Antoine Dupont is rated the best player in the world.

The celebrated scrum-half has been exceptional, and his ability to dictate the game’s tempo has seen him standing above the rest. New Zealand’s Ardie Savea is ranked second, with France’s Gregory Alldritt being third.

New Zealand’s fly-half Richie Mo’unga is ranked fourth on the top 30 list. However, Springboks hooker Malcolm Marx is the best-ranked South African player and sits fifth on the list.

Eben Eztebeth is the second-highest-ranked Boks player and sits sixth on the list. Lukhanyo AM is the third highest-ranked Springboks player and sits 11th on the top 30 list.

South Africa’s Frans Malherbe and Cheslin Kolbe are ranked 21 and 22, respectively, on the list. Springboks’ Steven Kitshoff sits 26 on the list.

The All Blacks top the list with eight entries. Shannon Frizell is ranked 27th, with Jordie Barrett ranked 18th and Aaron Smith and Will Jordan 16th and 15th, respectively.

Scott Barrett is ranked 13th, with Beauden Barrett ranked seventh. New Zealand’s Ardie Savea and Richie Mo’unga are ranked second and fourth on the list.
