Richards Bay not willing to let star man join Chiefs for FREE
Kaizer Chiefs will have to fork out big bucks for one of their key transfer targets if Richards Bay get things to go their way
Richards Bay are reportedly set to offer a key Kaizer Chiefs transfer target a new contract at the club.
Ugandan goalkeeper Salim Magoola has emerged as an Amakhosi transfer target while African giants Simba and TP Mazembe are also reportedly in the picture.

According to the latest reports however, the club have initiated contract extension talks with their star man.
Magoola will enter into the final six months of his contract at Bay next month. This means he’ll be free to sign a pre-contract elsewhere.
Richards Bay however are reportedly not willing to lose the 28-year-old goalkeeper for free and are desperate for him to sign a new contract at the club.

RICHARDS BAY DESPERATE TO AVOID LOSING MAGOOLA TO KAIZER CHIEFS FOR FREE
“Among the interested parties, Kaizer Chiefs has emerged as one of the teams keen on acquiring the services of the 28-year-old goalkeeper.” a Citizen report read.
“As Magoola approaches the legal window in January to engage with other teams, Richards Bay aims to navigate the situation while preserving their player’s contractual obligations.”

In other news, Kaizer Chiefs legend Bernard Parker has broken his silence on the leg breaking tackle he received from Mamelodi Sundowns’ Bongani Zungu.
Now plying his trade for TS Galaxy. Bernard Parker was on the receiving end of a leg breaking tackle last month.
The Bafana Bafana legend underwent immediate surgery. He is now on the mend however he’ll remain on the sidelines for an extended period of time

“I think there was ill intent in the Zungu tackle,” Parker told SportsNightAmplified on MetroFM.
“I think it was a build up of emotions from him and looking at the two goals scored by Galaxy and how he was involved. When the incident happened, it was building up to it. We are all human and things like that do happen, I am not angry.”
