Orlando Pirates slayer linked with switch to PSL strugglers
Orlando Pirates slayer has been linked with a possible return to Mzansi as he is said to be targeted by PSL strugglers.
Ex-Cape Town City star and Orlando Pirates slayer Ayanda Patosi is now linked with a switch to PSL strugglers, Cape Town Spurs.
Local media reports suggest that the ex-City midfielder is linked with Spurs who are looking to salvage their PSL status – reports FarPOST.

Patosi parted ways with Iranian outfit, Foolad FC in January 2023 after spending three seasons in the Middle East.
The 30-year-old former City player bagged the Iran Cup and Iran Super Cup before parting ways with Foolad and he is now a free agent.

The South African now understands that the Cape Town-born star, Patosi did not return to the team on time when they returned from the mid-season break.

“Patosi is set to begin training with Spurs tomorrow. Although he may not be in peak condition, we’ll have to wait and see,” disclosed a reliable source.
The football publication has it that out of more than 80 appearances he racked up for Foolad, Patosi scored 18 goals and chipped in with 10 assists.
Meanwhile, it was also reported in Mzansi that Patosi was in talks with Sekhukhune United, but that deal did not materialise as he looked for a return to the PSL.

PATOSI EYEING PSL RETURN, TRAINING WITH SPURS?
The soccer website posted that Patosi is now poised to start training with the bottom-placed Spurs this week.
The Ikamva-based club has been struggling since their return to the top flight and are placed at the bottom of the table with only three points from 11 matches.

They only boast a single win which they collected against Pirates and they have recently signed ex-Mamelodi Sundowns striker, Bradley Ralani.
