Moroka Swallows can’t take Andile Jali back after the midfielder took the already troubled club to the PSL DRC after getting fired.
Moroka Swallows says they can’t make a u-turn on Mamelodi Sundowns reject Andile Jali.
Swallows’ lawyer, Leruma Thobejane, says per SABC Sport, the club will not make a u-turn and take Jali back.

This comes as the 33-year-old failed to win his case after dragging Swallows to the PSL DRC to his job back, but the Sundowns reject lost it.
The report suggests that the embattled Moroka Swallows are the winners of round one with the former Sundowns player, Jali.

While the Sundowns reject, Jali can still appeal the case, Swallows lawyer Thobejane told Metro FM that the club can’t make a u-turn.
The legal guru adds that the relationship between Jali and Swallows is over and there is no room for redemption.
”No, I don’t see Andile back at Moroka Swallows, because he was dismissed after a disciplinary hearing [DC],” says Swallows about Sundowns reject Jali.
“No player has the right to work for Moroka Swallows.

“So Andile has no right to work for Moroka Swallows.
”The parties agreed, the difference between Moroka Swallows and Andile they didn’t agree.
“You can’t force somebody to employ you.
“If you go straight to court when you can speak to people and disagree or agree.
“Even if you had spoken to the club and the club said no – why should he fault them by going to DRC.”
As The South African also reported, ex-Orlando Pirates star and Sundowns reject, Jali left Swallows as he was part of “an illegal strike” in December.

Jali joins several players who are fired by the cash-strapped club, Swallows but some are still part of the club.
Thobejane insists that ‘Mhlekazi’ chose the wrong platform to handle a delicate situation between him and Swallows.
”I’m saying even if they spoke and they had a disagreement, you can’t force somebody because you spoke,” adds the Swallows lawyer on Sundowns reject, Jali.
