Jaco Peyper will be one of 12 referees at the tournament which kicks off on Friday, 8 September.
Peyper will be in charge of that opening match between hosts France and New Zealand.

Marius Jonker will be among the TMOs for the tournament.
Little-known Deker Govender has been selected as a citing commissioner while former Springbok Stefan Terblanche will feature on the judicial panel.
