Liverpool thrash Chelsea, Klopps praises ‘new kid’ Bradley
Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp is looking to win the EPL title in his last season with the Reds. The Reds top the EPL table by five points.
Liverpool remain on course to give Jurgen Klopp a perfect send-off at the end of the season.
Liverpool re-established their five-point lead at the English Premier League summit following 4-1 victory over Chelsea at Anfield on Wednesday night.
The Reds came into the match at the back of four league wins in a row and had Chelsea chasing shadows most of the first hald.
Goals from Diogo Jota, Conor Bradley, Dominik Szoboszlai and Luis Diaz saw Liverpool get past the Blues with ease.
Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp, was very happy with how his team played and praised young right back Bradley.

“The performance, nothing else to say. Standouts… start, really good, super-important. So, the story of the game is the story of the game, but the story of the game could have been completely different if we don’t start like we start, I would say. That’s how it is. You always try – we don’t do it always but we try – to give a game a direction,” he said.

KLOPP TO LEAVE LIVERPOOL AT THE END OF THE SEASON
Liverpool were all over Chelsea in the first half and could have scored at least five or six goals.

“This direction was clear and obvious in the beginning. We have chances, we miss them, we score goals, we should have scored more, we miss a penalty,” Klopp added.
“Go in half-time and can show the boys when Chelsea came out, when Chelsea played through us, why and where and how we can do that even better. [There were] two or three situations where the press started with Diogo instead of Dom and then they pass around us and go through, and then you have to do a lot of work to sort that out. In that moment, we could do that,” said the Liverpool coach after the game.

Liverpool next face Arsenal this coming weekend looking to extend their lead and eliminate the Gunners from the title race.
