Kaizer Chiefs vs TS Galaxy: Injury updates

Kaizer Chiefs coach Cavin Johnson says Amakhosi are sharp and ready for Tuesday’s match against TS Galaxy.

The DStv Premiership returns next week after a seven-week break.

Amakhosi have been in camp since mid-January and will look to continue with their good run when they play TS Galaxy on Tuesday night at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.

The Soweto giants could be without a few players due to injury. Thatayaone Ditlhokwe and George Matlou are more likely to miss the Galaxy game.

“We have our full compliment of players, with Edmilson Dove having started training on Monday after his return from Ivory Coast,”Johnson was quoted Kaizer Chiefs website.

Since Johnson took over as coach in October, he has won four of the seven matches in charge.

“We look forward to a good match and have to see how the guys who were out before the break are doing; that is Thatayaone Ditlhokwe and George Matlou. However, our motto is that whoever is selected must give it their all and ensure we secure the much-needed three points in our league matches,” Johnson added.
