Kaizer Chiefs score big with new attacker!
Kaizer chiefs are proving to be making moves after all following a silent January transfer window as they sign a new attacker.
Kaizer Chiefs are already planning for next season and beyond, having not signed anybody in the January transfer window.
Current Chiefs interim coach Cavin Johnson made it clear the team would remain as is, and stuck to his word.

Johnson had often alluded to the media that, he believes in the current crop of players at Chiefs. For that reason he said he just needs more time to coach them, rather than go into the market. Although many may have taken his statements with a pinch of salt, as they sounded diplomatic, they proved be true.
During the last transfer window, Chiefs had been linked with the likes of Fawaaz Basadien from Stellenbosch FC. Oswin Appollis of Polokwane City has also made the list as well as Riaan Hanamub of AmaZulu. Another player that was linked with the club is attacker Tashreeq Matthews, who ended up signing with rivals Mamelodi Sundowns. In the goal keeping department, they have also been heavily linked to Nigerian international goalkeeper Stanley Nwabili.
Additionally, the likes of Sage Stephens and Siphesihle Mkhize also recently made the Chiefs list. But with what team manager Bobby Motaung had said, none joined in January. But that stance hasn’t prevented Chiefs from planning ahead, not only for the first team, but for junior structures. Now according to Tiki Taka Sports Academy page on Facebook, one of their star players Kamogelo Malefo has joined Amakhosi.

Chiefs fans will be excited about Malefo, who scored 16 goals and laid 18 assists in 18 games last season. The 18-year-old is expected to join the club’s U19 structures and should feel straight at home with Tiki Taka also wearing gold and black.
