Kaizer Chiefs look like they are at risk of losing Pitso Mosimane to Egypt as tge team is yet to approach the former Al Ahly coach.
With speculation rife that Kaizer Chiefs want coach Pitso Mosimane, it has emerged that they might lose Pitso to North African giants, Egypt.

Mosimane is currently on a short-term deal in Saudi Arabia where he coaches Abha Club but reports in Cairo indicate that Egypt want Pitso as Rui Vitori’s successor – will Chiefs lose out?

According to KingFut, Mosimane is open to coach the Egypt national team and it is reported that they are keen to table an offer for the coach linked with Chiefs.
This comes after the Pharaohs of Egypt parted ways with Vitoria in the wake of their dismal performance at the ongoing Afcon tournament in Ivory Coast.
Under Vitoria, Egypt failed to win a single game in the group stages and suffered a disappointing defeat to DR Congo in the round of 16, they are now linked with Mosimane who is targeted by Chiefs.

KAIZER CHIEFS TARGET MOSIMANE TO TAKE EGYPT JOB?
While various reports indicate that the Egyptian Football Association wants Mosimane, some media outlets suggest that Herve Renard is also earmarked for the coaching role.
As things stand, The South African understands that Chiefs are still keen to land Mosimane and will table an offer at the end of the season, but will they lose to Egypt?
“What I know is that Mosimane is open to the idea of coaching Egypt, and he is waiting for someone to initiate contact with him,” former goalkeeper turned pundit Ahmed Shobeir said about Pitso on a local radio broadcast SportFM.

Before his move to the Gulf region, the former Bafana Bafana coach, Mosimane proved his worth as a serial winner with Mamelodi Sundowns and Cairo-based Ahly where he won a total of 17 trophies including three CAF Champions League titles.
WILL CHIEFS BOSS MOTAUNG LOSE PITSO TO EGYPT?
This publication recently published that Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung rubbished the links with Mosimane, but it’s mentioned that ‘Jingles’ is still a preferred candidate by the Naturena-based side.
“The Chiefs management was happy to hear that Pitso (Mosimane) has signed a short-term deal with that club from Saudi Arabia,” said a source to Phakaaathi.

“Kaizer (Motaung) senior is a fan of Pitso and when he said some time ago that only two local coaches could coach Chiefs, one of those coaches he was talking about was Pitso.”
