Kaizer Chiefs legend Itumeleng Khune finally laid some demons to rest against Cape Town Spurs in a midweek victory.

Prior to the club’s 3-2 success against Cape Town Spurs, according to OptaJabu, Kaizer Chiefs had lost each of their last seven league games when Itumeleng Khune started. It’s not the type of record any player wants to have, and certainly not one you’d associate with the great man. He was also in the starting XI when Amakhosi got dumped out of the Carling Knockout Cup. He’s back to winning ways in between the sticks though.
