Kaizer Chiefs finally have some good news
Things may not be going to plan for Kaizer Chiefs at the moment but there is a success story coming out from Naturena this week
Usually, moving from South America to Africa means kissing your national team spot goodbye but that wasn’t the case for Kaizer Chiefs star Edson Castillo.
Instead, the Venezuelan midfielder’s form in South Africa earned him his first international appearance since 2021!

Castillo was brought on by coach Fernando Batista in the 83rd minute against Ecuador in their goalless draw.
The last time Castillo put on the Venezuelan national team jersey was in a 3-1 loss against Brazil in October 2021!
