Is Molefi Ntseki tough enough to be Kaizer Chiefs coach?
Concerns have been raised and questions asked of Kaizer Chiefs coaxh Molefi Ntseki; is he simply too soft to coach winners?
It isn’t easy to be coach of Kaizer Chiefs as a succession of top trainers have discovered and there are concerns that Molefi Ntseki might not be tough enough to get the job done.
Ntseki doesn’t appear terribly willing to lean on star players for performances, preferring quieter motivation.

Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Siyethemba Sithebe has lifted the lid on his approach.
“I wouldn’t say he demands much from us but he always motivates us,” Sithebe told iDiski Times.

“He would always say ‘Kaizer Chiefs is a big team, we need to be calm and the results will come’.
“The coach always says we must stay positive and have that positive energy. He always assures us that, if we keep things that way, we will win.”

Sithebe struggled to settle into the Kaizer Chiefs team under Arthur Zwane last season having endured six months on the sidelines ahead of the move.

The former Amazulu man seemed like he might have scuppered his career with the deal which saw him become an Usuthu exile.
He has been one of many players to run afoul of the expecations of fans but feels that he is close to winning them over and hopes that Ntseki can do the same.
“Obviously now it’s my second season, now I know what is happening there, what the coach wants, and at the village and even supporters,” he added.
“Now I know what the people who are supporting us, what they want. So for me now is to adjust and keep on being consistent.”
