WHY SUPERSPORT UNITED DID NOT SIGN MOTUPA
As you may have read last week, the former Sundowns star was first assessed by SuperSport.
According to coach Gavin Hunt, Motupa was way too unfit to earn a deal.
“Gift we can’t, we can’t sign him this season,” said Hunt via iDiskiTimes.
“We won’t be able to take him. I have spoken to him. He is just training with us and trying to get fit.
“You know he never had much football action, so he’s just trying to get fit with us and we’ll see by May/June, which is only two, three months away,” Hunt added in reference to Motupa’s lost fitness at Sundowns over four seasons.
