Dolphins out to continue red-ball roll
The Dolphins made the perfect start to their red-ball season against the men from Pietermaritzburg last time out.
A trip to SuperSport Park is next on the cards for the Hollywoodbets Dolphins to face the Titans after they made the perfect start to the CSA 4-Day Series this week.
Sarel Erwee and his Dolphins charges got their campaign underway with a commanding innings and 61 run win in a KZN derby against the AET Tuskers.

DOLPHINS OUT TO CONTINUE STRONG START
Now they head to the Highveld where they will face a Titans side that also won their opening match of the competition.

Erwee was happy with the way in which the team went about their win.
“It was a good three days of cricket for us, and the match serves as a good momentum builder going into our trip to Pretoria” Erwee said according to Gameplan Media.

“We had some nice performances from the guys, and they are finding their feet early in the competition which is crucial in four-day cricket.”
The Dolphins will face a very different test on the Highveld this week and for Erwee it’s important that the side adjusts to the different conditions as quickly as possible.

“The Highveld is usually a really nice place to play cricket, whether it be red or white ball cricket.
“It’s a place that if you put the time in with the bat or the ball you can reap the rewards and I’m excited to see how we can use the momentum that we gained from our victory at home in Pretoria.
“We know that conditions will be very different up there to what we have in Durban so we will probably see a few changes to the side to match the conditions,” Erwee added.
NOTABLE RETURNS
The Dolphins will welcome back Khaya Zondo for their trip to Pretoria after the batter recovered from injury, meanwhile Brad Porteous is also included in the squad.
Young debutant from their opening match in Durban Sean Gilson has retained his place in the side after impressing with a half-century on debut for the Dolphins.
