The Springboks’ highly-anticipated World Cup squad will be announced at a special event in Johannesburg on Tuesday afternoon.
On Tuesday, the Springboks will unveil their final 33-man Rugby World Cup squad in Johannesburg, with the announcement event set to take place at Multichoice City in Randburg

SuperSport will televise the announcement, with the pre-show beginning at 2.30pm, while the actual squad will be named at 3pm.

SPRINGBOKS FACE SOME SELECTION HEADACHES
Speaking after this past weekend’s win in Buenos Aires, Springbok coach Jacques Nienaber admitted that there will be difficult decisions as he and his coaching staff finalise their selections for the global tournament in France.
“We have a tough team selection meeting coming up,” said Nienaber. “The players certainly put up their hands today.
“We gave 38 players a run in the last few weeks, and with the team set to play knock-out rugby from our opening game of the World Cup, it has set us in good stead.’
