The two countries will battle each other in back-to-back international friendlies on 21 and 24 September in the US.
The first match between Banyana and USA will be played at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati with the second game scheduled for Solider Field in Chicago.

Now, Ellis has decided to take almost every player who represented South Africa at the recent FIFA Women’s World Cup.
The two players missing from the latest squad are Refiloe Jane and Bambanani Mbane, who, had they not been injured, could have easily formed part of the trip.

Mbane’s place has been taken by defender Lonathemba Mhlongo who plays for the University of the Western Cape.
On the other hand, Ellis opted to replace Jane with Sinoxolo Cesane who’s a sister to Noxolo Cesane who is also in the squad.
