It’s getting harder to get out of bed in the morning and for many of us, we only wake up when we have our first cup of coffee. However, we sometimes need a bit of an extra incentive and a bit of sweetness makes that more enticing. This homemade caramel coffee recipe is that combination without taking too long to prepare as you get ready for the day. Similar to a latte, this drink is perfect for those who like more milky coffees and some extra flavour to get the motor running.

HOMEMADE CARAMEL COFFEE SUGGESTIONS
The evaporated milk makes things a little bit sweeter and when mixing, you can almost whisk the instant coffee and sugar together with it until frothy. The mixture will be dissolved so your boiling water won’t burn it, making things a bit more flavourful than it has been. You can also get creative and add a sprinkling of coffee powder or cocoa powder on top to make it even better. Get some hazelnut essence and add that to the mixture too!
