Pupils who wish to apply to rewrite a 2023 matric exam in order to improve their results had better hurry as the deadline to do so is TODAY. In previous years, supplementary examinations took place in February/March, but this has been phased out and is therefore no longer available. Instead, a new examination is available during May/June where candidates can improve their results or complete outstanding results. But the deadline to apply to do so is Thursday, 8 February 2024. Meanwhile, the deadline for those pupils who wished to have an exam paper remarked or rechecked, has now passed.
