The focus of the operation was to ensure adherence to the City of Tshwane’s safety regulations and national building legislation.
During the operation, officials identified several violations, including overcrowding, inadequate fire safety measures, noise pollution, and the absence of necessary permits. As a result, the TMPD temporarily closed the non-compliant establishments until they can rectify the issues and demonstrate full compliance with all relevant regulations.
