Nienaber is well aware of their sizeable squad.

Therefore, he wants to ensure that as many players as possible get a chance to stake a claim for Rugby World Cup spots. He will be announcing his final 33-man squad for the Rugby World Cup 2023 on 8 August 2023. Meaning, all these players only have the two fixtures against Argentina to earn their tickets to France.
