Meanwhile, Johannesburg Water has announced a water shutdown in Diepkloof zone 6 for tomorrow, Tuesday 29 August from 7am – 10pm. The reason for the unplanned interruption is due to the repairing of a burst water pipe that feeds the Orlando East reservoir. Water tankers will be provided if the planned work exceeds the stipulated time.

This is a developing story, an update will be published as and when new information is available.
