GOVERNMENT: CALL CENTRES AND HELPLINES
Call centres and helplines are there for reaching someone quickly. Likewise, you’ll want to call rather than email for anything that’s urgent.
Where should you call?
Every department has its own phone number. Inside every department, there are other departments and regions! However, call the most relevant for your query.

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) pays out social grants, including the Disability and Childcare Grants.
