The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is in charge of paying the country’s social grants each month, including the R350-SRD Grant, Childcare Grant, Pensioners (Older Persons) Grant, and Disability Grants.
But what happens when someone complains, and why are complaints about the system important to fix it?

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) have urged South Africans to make use of the helplines and contact details.
Complaints about the social grant system aren’t negative, but tell the authorities that there’s an issue to be fixed or addressed.
If nobody complains, then nobody will know there’s a problem!
But if you submit your complaint, then they will know there’s an issue that needs fixing!

Complaints about the social grant system can be sent to their website, or through the national helpline for SASSA.

Complaints can also be sent to GrantEnquiries@sassa.gov.za for more information.
Every complaint or question sent must be answered within a reasonable timeframe.
