Khumalo was reportedly not in court after lunch and State Prosecutor, Advocate George Baloyi said she has issues with her accommodation. The court had to adjourn so that the issue can be sorted.
When proceedings resumed, Baloyi said Khumalo is unwell and also told him that she is not psychologically well to continue testifying. However, when a seemingly annoyed presiding Judge Ratha Mokgoathleng asked Khumalo what’s wrong she said she has a pain on her chest.
