KZN man arrested for distributing pornographic images with faces of Ramaphosa and Cele [Sensitive Content]

A 34-year-old man from KwaZulu-Natal has been arrested for allegedly distributing pornographic images with faces of Ramaphosa and Cele.

The Hawks in KwaZulu-Natal have arrested a 34-year-old man in connection with pornographic images, which had lay over faces of President Cyril Ramaphosa, Bheki Cele and his wife.

According to News24, the man was arrested following an investigation into the images, which started circulating in the beginning of May 2023.

Hawks spokesperson Colonel Philani Nkwalase, the pornographic images were distributed to police officers and members of the public on social media platforms.

The man was traced to Azalea in Pietermaritzburg and arrested on Sunday. He is expected to appear in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court today, for allegedly contravening the Cyber Crime Act 19 of 2020.

In related news, A Gauteng business man has triggered a backlash after posting a picture of himself, his daughter and his granddaughter bathing naked in the same tub.

Facebook removed his controversial post, after critics reported it for borderline child pornographic images and incest.

But the 59-year-old property developer and political activist, who is also a State Security Agent, posted another pornographic picture of himself and the girls, still without any clothes, in a protest against those who have a problem with his parenting style.

He identity of the man cannot be revealed in attempt to protect the identity of the underaged children.

Social media has very strong guidlines and rules when it comes to such content especially that pertaining pornographic images.
