LORCH AND MATHITHIBALA’S DISAGREEMENT OVER A LOAN
The publication reports that after Lorch was released on bail for assaulting Mathithibala in September 2020, he was given clear instruction not to make contact with her again.
However, his ex was allegedly still living in his house after his arrest. In order to get her to leave, he reportedly wanted to apply for an eviction notice against her which is when Mathithibala told him to rather pay back her money back then only she would leave.
“Thembinkosi and his legal team informed her that they would apply for an eviction order to kick her out of the house because there was no way the footballer could sleep in the streets while she stayed in his house. She then replied by saying that there was no need for him to apply for an eviction. She said Thembinkosi should rather pay her back the R140 000 she had loaned him in their happier times,” said the detective.
It is not clear if Lorch paid her back the money.
