Axed Economic Freedom Fighters(EFF) provincial leader Vusi Khoza, has made it known that his days in politics are long from over.

KHOZA EXPELLED FROM EFF

This comes after the party’s Central Command Team last week, decided to axed 62 of its members for failure to organise buses to the party’s 10th birthday celebrations in July at the FNB Stadium.

In a social media post on X, formerly Twitter, Khoza wrote, “Kusho bona. Bathi I’m expelled. But one thing for sure, come 2024 swearing in ceremony, I will be in that house, on that line with them.”

“I’m staying in the game, no matter the Team.”

As an MP, Khoza was in January instructed to organise 20 buses for his ward/region however, Khoza said potential sponsors dropped him in the last minute.

In a statement, the red party says that those who had appeared on the original list published on 26 July, had been instructed to resign. Failure to do so resulted in additional charges.

“The EFF is pleased that accountability, discipline and consequence management remains a guiding tool in the EFF and one that will ensure a capable and coherent government after 2024.”

CRYPTIC SOCIAL MEDIA POST

Speaking to IOL, Khoza has said he will appeal his expulsion, however, in a post on Sunday afternoon the former MP may have hinted as not looking back at the Red Berets.

“Never hesitate to leave the dinner table if respect is no longer served.”
