Busta Rhymes suggests he is pursuing South African citizenship
‘I’m working on my citizenship’, says US rapper Busta Rhymes in a viral video after partying up a storm in South Africa.
Rapper Busta Rhymes has disclosed that obtaining South African citizenship is on his agenda.
BUSTA RHYMES: ‘THANKS FOR HAVING ME BACK’
The American rapper Busta Rhymes recently hinted in a video shared by X user @Zikamnyamane that he’s working on obtaining a South African citizenship.
He says in the video: “Joburg thanks for having me back. Don’t take so long for having me back.”
“Don’t worry about it, I’m working on my citizenship. Blessings upon blessings.”
OKMzansi reports that the rapper is also working on new music with South African musician Mkhululi Siqula aka Heavy K who he met in a club.
The Veeplaas-born hitmaker is reportedly releasing three tracks with the iconic rapper in his upcoming album.
The rapper returned to South Africa in September for the first time in decade to perform at DStv Delicious Festival alongside musician, Jason Derulo.
