Self-proclaimed South Africa’s youngest billionaire Dr Mandla Lamba’s belongings will be sold at an auction in July, Sunday World reported. This reportedly follows after he failed to follow the court demands to pay his former employee R750 000 within a specified deadline.
DR MANDLA LAMBA FAILS TO MEET COURT DEADLINE
The court reportedly awarded Mandla Lamba’s former employee, business developer Christa Brits R750 000 after he was said to have taken the Agilitee Africa CEO to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) following being unfairly dismissed by the businessman. Lamba was reportedly given until 1 March to compensate his former empolyee.

Since having failed to pay up on time, Lamba’s electric-powered bikes are said to be just some of the things that will be sold at the upcoming auction. Back in February, the controversial businessman was said to have previously been warned by Solidarity that if he did not pay Brits on time, then his property will be attached to pay the remaining money due to the former employee.

Drama seems to follow Lamba wherever he goes as not only is he said to have previously served time behind bars for culpable homicide, but, not so long ago, he was also linked to an investment scheme that reportedly promised investors a return of R1 million per month if they invested R150 000, IOL reported.
