WHO IS THE SOUTH AFRICAN HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION?
The SAHRC deals with rights violations, and can be contacted anywhere the Constitution is being contravened. According to SA History, the Commission has existed since 1995.

Situations can be mediated by the Commission, but they can also rule on certain situations for an outcome.
If you are being treated unfairly, a complaint against a person or organisation can be lodged with the SAHRC.
HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS
