Home-grown hotties! South Africa has made the Top 10 list of the most attractive men in the world. Here is the list.
South Africa has made the Top 10 list for having the “hottest men” in the world.
This comes months after a local language landed on the “sexiest accents” of the world poll.
SOUTH AFRICA NAMED IN ‘HOTTEST MEN IN THE WORLD’ POLL
In a survey by Bright Side, South Africa ranked tenth among the most attractive men in the world.
The survey took into account men who had won big beauty contestants like Manhunt International, Mister Global, Mister International, and Mr World.
Categories like “Mr. Congeniality,” “Mr. Internet Popularity,” “Best Physique,” “Best Model,” “Mr. Charming Smile,” and “People’s Choice” were also a deciding factor.
Of crowning the country in the tenth spot, the survey stated: “South African men could get the ‘Best Physique’ title not only in the Mister Global contest but in real life as well. Victory in the oldest male beauty contest, Manhunt International, went to this country in 1995.”

SEXIEST ACCENT TOO!
Earlier this year, South Africa’s Afrikaans accent was voted the second-most attractive accent in the world in a poll by Enjoy Travel. New Zealand’s Kiwi accent won the top spot.
MR SOUTH AFRICA WANTS MR UNIVERSE TITLE
Meanwhile, former Mr South Africa winner Ntando Lurwengu will be participating in the Mr Universe pageant in the US in September.
The KwaZulu-Natal hottie, a BCom graduate, believes he has what it takes to win.
He shared in an Instagram post: “Representing my country on the world stage is the biggest honour and privilege. Being the first contestant to represent South Africa on the Mister Universe stage is also quite special.
“Knowing that this opportunity is not just about me but also comes with the responsibility of paving the way for those who will have the opportunity to represent our beautiful country in the years to come.
“I am excited and looking forward to the journey ahead and serving as an ambassador for South Africa. It is a responsibility I treasure greatly and will do my utmost best to handle it with the greatest courtesy and esteem.”
