Dinner doesn’t need to be a difficult experience, especially when you’ve had a long day at work, and have a family to cook for. These tasty veggies with parmesan cheese are easy to put together before cooking them any of 3 ways. They’re perfect in an air fryer, great in the oven or quick and easy in a pan. TASTY VEGGIES WITH PARMESAN CHEESE TIPS
For this recipe, a delicious mix of red onion, butternut, baby marrows, green and red peppers were used. Other veggies that also work really well for this dish are corn spears, sliced fennel, mushrooms, broccoli, green beans, peas, asparagus or whatever you feel is still missing in the mix. You can also play around with the spices and adjust the seasoning to go with the vegetables you choose. This is great as a vegetarian dish but also perfect as a side for a roast dinner.
