AmaZulu have reached a decision regarding Romain Folz’s future as the club prepares for the upcoming season.

Following the team’s disappointing performance under his guidance, the French-Moroccan has voluntarily stepped down from his position as technical advisor, having been demoted from his previous role as head coach in April.
Confirming the news, a club insider stated, “Romain Folz has resigned from his position as the technical advisor at AmaZulu,” according to Soccer Laduma.
“Although he was content with the club’s decision to appoint him as a technical advisor, he now aspires to regain a head coach role. He will explore his options moving forward.”
AMAZULU FINISHED 12TH LAST SEASON
Reports suggest that AmaZulu are considering Belgian coach Luc Eymael as a potential replacement for Ayanda Dlamini, who took over from Folz in April, but won’t be retained as head coach.
AmaZulu finished a disappointing 12th in the league this past season, winning just seven of their 30 matches.
