In this research, one in five people (20%) consider dog-friendly work environments to be more valuable than other common perks like free breakfasts, a complementary bar, and free childcare at the office.
Dog-friendly offices have additional benefits, with a quarter (24%) of people stating that it enhances human relationships in the workplace.

40% of participants believe that having a pet-friendly workplace enhances work-life balance, which is particularly important in a post-COVID world where businesses are adopting hybrid work models.
Bringing pets to work, even just for one or two days a week, can lead to cost savings for employees.
This can provide valuable relief during the current cost-of-living crisis.
