1. Prepare before your long haul flight
There are a few things that you can do before your flight that may help you get more comfortable on that long haul flight. These include:
- Choosing the right seat: Aisle seats offer more legroom and easier access to the restroom, while window seats are better for sleeping and offer fewer disturbances.
- Packing smart: Bring along your comfort items like a neck pillow, blanket, eye mask and noise-cancelling headphones, your favourite books and a healthy snack and a reusable water bottle.
- Dressing comfortably: Wear layers to adjust to temperature changes, as well as comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and shoes that are easy to slip off.
2. Get comfortable on the flight
