Kaizer Chiefs Legend Collins Mbesuma has been named as Sekhukhune United’s new ‘strikers coach’!
Mbesuma made a name for himself at the Glamour Boys when scored 35 goals in the 2004/05 campaign.
Mbesuma later represented the likes of Portsmouth, Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates amongst other teams where he continued to find the back of the net.
The Zimbabwean striker has returned to the South African top flight, but this time as a coach!

KAIZER CHIEFS LEGEND SCORES JOB IN THE PSL
“Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Collins Mbesuma has left Pretoria Callies as the striker’s coach, chairman Moses Madala has confirmed.” an IdiskiTimes report read.
“Mbesuma has joined Sekhukhune United, where he will also train strikers to find the net on the regular basis this coming season since they have five competitions to fight for.”

In other news, legendary former Kaizer Chiefs striker Pollen Ndlanya believes all PSL teams should have a striker/attacking coach.
This comes after the league failed to record a single top goal scorer with the award being shared by Peter Shalulile and Khanyisa Mayo.
The winning duo finished the season on a meager 12 goals each and that’s concerning according to Ndlanya.

“Look, this thing is happening everywhere. Benni McCarthy was roped in at a big club, Manchester United to help in the strikeforce. Look now at (Marcus) Rashford what he is doing.” Ndlanya explained regarding ‘attacking coaches’ as quoted by SoccerLaduma.

“It’s something our so-called big bosses must look up to. They much check what is the problem. For me I don’t think they are worried what is the problem. I feel sorry for the supporters.
“Now the defenders are so relaxed, they are in a picnic, they know that, ‘Ah, there’s no danger there’. It’s a problem.”
