A luxury penthouse in Johannesburg reportedly went down in real estate history books after being sold for a whooping R75 million.
No doubt, the fee saw the penthouse being arguably the most expensive apartment to be sold in the province.

ELLIPSE WATERFALL PENTHOUSE SOLD FOR R75 MILLION
The apartment is at the lush Ellipse Waterfall, Midrand, north of Johannesburg.
Ellipse Waterfall screams luxury and is best known as the penthouse boasting modern architectural designs. Over the years, it has been home to several celebs which, include the Former Miss South Africa Ndavi Nokeri.
However, according to several sources, little is known about the penthouse that went down in the history books since it has been kept under wraps for security-related reasons.
It has been reported that the Ellipse Waterfall penthouse went off the market after being sold for R75 million.

However, property broker Ash Muller revealed that the 400-square-meter penthouse includes a private rooftop, garden, a jacuzzi and a heated pool.
MOST SOUGHT-AFTER
Over the years, Waterfall has become a playground for the rich and famous despite its first phase of Ellipse Waterfall being launched in 2019 and being completed in 2021.
Ellipse Waterfall penthouses have been home to several A-listers. In 2022, former Miss SA Ndavi Nokeri was gifted an R10.5 million Ellipse Waterfall penthouse for her stay during her controversial reign.
