Former Springbok questions ‘gender swap’ school day
A former Springbok has hit out at a primary school after highlighting an apparent ‘gender swap’ school day planned for this month.
On Monday, former Springbok Kobus Wiese took to X – formerly known as Twitter – to post an apparent letter to parents highlighting a planned ‘gender swap’ say at a South African primary school.
The letter seems to state that it will be a ‘normal school day’, but that ‘girls are to wear boys clothes, and boys are to wear girls clothes’.
Wiese commented on the letter with the letters WTF (What The F**k), and subsequently retweeted a host of outraged reactions.
Another former Springbok Ryan Kankowski also replied to his tweet to say, “Surely this is a joke?”
This is a developing story, and if you know more about the exact nature of this school letter and request please let us know by clicking on the comment tab below this article or by emailing info@thesouthafrican.com or sending a WhatsApp to 060 011 021 1
