1. Carbonated beverages

Carbonated beverages, such as soda and sparkling water, can cause bloating and discomfort due to the increased air pressure in the cabin. The carbonation releases gas into your digestive system, which can lead to an uncomfortable, bloated feeling.

2. Cruciferous vegetables
