The first semi-final will kick off at the Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein with the Cheetahs hosting the Bulls at 15:00.
The second Currie Cup semi-final will take place at Hollywoodbets Kings Park, with the Sharks up against the defending champions, the Pumas, at 17:30.
The match officials for both clashes will be named later in the week.
