The London club had a poor 2022/23 season finishing only 12th in the English Premier League.
Here are some of the players set to leave Chelsea this summer.

The American winger has failed to live up to the hype is set to leave Chelsea this summer with Italian giants AC Milan showing interest. It is believed that the seven times European champions are looking to offer the Blues £18.9m for the American star.
CHELSEA RELEASING TOP PLAYERS AFTER POOR SEASON
Cesar Azpilicueta
Chelsea are willing to let go of their captain Azpilicueta this summer. The club have reportedly agreed to terminate the defender’s contract as he was in his final year.
The 33-year-old will then be a free agent and is expected to join Atletico Madrid before the start of next season.

Romelu Lukaku
Lukaku spent most of last season on loan to Inter Milan and the club is happy to retain his services once more. Chelsea, on the other hand, have no intention of allowing the 30-year-old Belgium international to leave on loan again and are willing to sell the striker.
Chelsea already sold N’Golo Kante, Edouard Mendy, Kalidou Koulibaly, Mason Mount and Hakim Ziyech.

Other players that are set to leave include Tiemoue Bakayoko, Derrick Abu, Prince Adegoke, Nathan Baxter, Juan Carlos Familia-Castillo, Bryan Benjamin Fiabema, Joe Samuel Haigh, Henry Lawrence, Sam McClelland, Dujon Henriques Sterling, Amari Otieno Thomas Silko, Ethan James Wady and Jayden Darren George Wareham.
Mauricio Pochettino has already made one big signing of Christopher Nkunku.
