WAS THIS CAPE TOWN HOUSE BUILT WITH WOOLWORTHS BRICKS?
Some wondered if the bricks used to build the house in Camps Bay were bought at Woolworths.
According to a post by Dogon Properties, it is a newly built, glamorous 5-bed villa on the sand, a surfer’s paradise.
While the house boasts beautiful features, we are not sure who would spend a whopping R100 million on this house. Those interested will be relieved to find out that the price of this house has been reduced to R89 million since it was first listed in January 2023.

LAST YEAR A DILAPIDATED HOUSE SOLD FOR MILLIONS
Last year another house in Cape Town made headlines, but this time, it was a run-down house in Rondebosch that was sold for MILLIONS of Rand.
The house has been on the market since the second half of 2021. It went viral when first listed, as social media users quickly pointed out its myriad flaws.
Rooms gutted by fire, walls collapsed on the floor, and debris littered across corridors raised titters online.

The listing, shared by Pam Golding on Property24, managed to fetch a whopping R3.4 million. And it seems the brave buyer ended up with a cut-price deal…
“In response to the enquiry about the property on 29 Lovers Walk, Rondebosch, we can confirm that it sold for R3 400 000. This was just below the asking price of R3 500 000. Kind regards.”
