Marc told SAPeople: “It’s the sea fog rolling in from the Atlantic, hitting Llandudno, Camps Bay, Clifton, Sea Point, along the 12 Apostles and through Kloof Nek and into The City. Also around Hangklip and straight into Hout Bay as shown in the video below.”
