Prince William and Kate Middleton have celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary by posting behind-the-scenes video footage of their happy family enjoying the kinds of things most families enjoy – strolls on the beach, climbing a tree in the park, and toasting marshmallows in a fire.

It’s an unprecedented look at their private life. Kate Middleton (39) and Prince William (38) shared the film footage on their social media channels on Thursday late afternoon, saying: “Thank you to everyone for the kind messages on our wedding anniversary. We are enormously grateful for the 10 years of support we have received in our lives as a family.”

The royal couple signed the message with their initials ‘W and C’ (William and Catherine).

The video clips of Prince George (7), Princess Charlotte (5), and Prince Louis (3) having fun with their parents were filmed by London filmmaker Will Warr, who is usually more famous for shooting commercials for mega-brands like Uber Eats.

Will posted the video as well, with a message to the loving couple, saying: “Wishing The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge a very happy 10th wedding anniversary. A true privilege to capture precious moments with The Duke and Duchess at home with their children.”

According to Twitter page Kate’s Rangers, the video was filmed last Autumn at William and Kate’s country home in Amner, a small village in Norfolk with a population of only 63 in the 2001 census; and at nearby Holkham beach, just half an hour away, which is “the same beach Diana went to growing up and the same beach Charles & Anne played sandcastles on”. According to My London News, the young royal children can sometimes be spotted building sandcastles on the white sands that stretch for four miles.
