The Choir explained on YouTube: “It is a prayer asking God to be with us in the time of mourning before the resurrection. In celebration of the Holy Week we light a candle of unity as Christians around the world gather in spirit.”

Ngob’umthathile umtwana wakho, uhlale nathi – because you have taken your son please stay with us
Indodana ka Nkulunkulu bay’bethelela – they crucified the son of God
Baba – Father (God)
